| Bio: | ok, so this is my blog, such as it is. i'm putting photos in an aol journal at http://journals.aol.com/drovics/davidrovicsphotos/ because with livejournal you have to pay for the photo-enabled account. i've developed a habit in here of just keeping track in a sort of bare-bones way the goings-on of my life. mostly it's about gigs, just little notes to remind me about them and such. i haven't really gotten into "journaling" in here in the sense of using the blog as a way to communicate about my thoughts on life and current events. the closest thing i've got to that sort of thing are my songs. if your interest in reading my blog is more to find out who is this guy as a human being, i'm sorry if i'm letting you down by neither talking much about my thoughts or much about my personal life outside of my work. i really do have a lot of interests other than keeping track of how many people came to my gig last night. for those interested in such things, who may be looking for such information here, i'll just say that i'm polyamorous, i love life and i have a lovely kid named leila. when i'm not playing music, writing songs, doing email, driving or flying, i really like to hang out with friends, family, lovers, take walk in the woods, smoke weed, and soak in hot tubs when i can find them... in other words, politically i'm a leftist zealot bent on world liberation, doing my little part as a songwriter to hopefully further that goal. socially, i'm just another pot-smoking, free-loving hippy. so there you go. who are you? | |||||
